Master Instructor Ken,

Thank you for teaching me that I can be stronger than I ever thought I could be - both mentally and physically.  I have realized even more so since having a child just how important being mentally strong matters.  If is weren't for the mental lessons you have taught me, becoming a first-time mother would have been muc more difficult for me.

You also taught me that hard work will always pay off in the end, even if you don't see the reward while you are working.  Many times in my life this principle has proven to be true.  So now I am not afraid of "a little hard work".  In fact, I look forward to it now!  Thank you for everything you have taught me; my life has improved immensely after learning your mental and physical lessons.
