Our
Junior
Program is for students 10-17 years old. The Junior's Lesson is 50
minutes long and is much more in depth than the Children's Lesson. The
focus of each lesson is on concentration and discipline. The lessons
begin with breathing and then are followed by an intense physical warm
up to prepare for the lesson. Punching, kicking, falling, rolling and
sparring skills are taught. Free sparring and further weapons training
is taught in the Junior Program. Each lesson ends with the practice of
self-defense. Classes are available Monday through Saturday. There is
no limit to the number of classes a student may attend per week.
