CHILDREN'S PROGRAM

Our Child Program is for students 6 - 10 years old. The lesson is 45 minutes long and the focus is on teaching children concentration and discipline. Children learn breathing techniques, punching and kicking skills, rolling, falling and tumbling with an emphasis on self-defense. Classes are available Monday through Saturday. There is no limit to how often your child can train at The Martial Arts Center.
