ADULT PROGRAM

Our Adult Black Belt Program is for students over 18 years old. Our Program is designed to get you physically qualified to execute the martial arts. We teach striking techniques, sparring, rolling, falling, and their applications in self defense. The weapons training will develop your control and confidence. There is no limit to how often you can train at The Martial Arts Center per week. We offer classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening as well as Private Lessons to fit any schedule.
